Onur Labs is an independent, founder-led AI software initiative based in Buenos Aires. We develop tools and AI-assisted workflows to help creators understand audiences, improve content decisions, streamline production and reach international markets.
Our Projects
Palermo / Creator OS — Creator Operations & Intelligence
Palermo is the planned commercial identity of the existing Creator OS project. Development currently focuses on internal use across the founder’s four YouTube channels.
Status: Active development and validation. A local-first creator operations project focusing on YouTube analytics, content portfolio analysis, growth signals, evidence-based recommendations, dashboards, Python-based integrations, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) workflows. Its goal is to reduce repetitive analysis while keeping consequential actions under human control.
Multilingual Media Localization
Status: Research and development planning. Exploring context-aware translation, regional script adaptation, semantic quality assurance and AI-assisted video dubbing, initially for Turkish, Argentine Spanish, English and Brazilian Portuguese.
Applied Creator Workflows
Status: Ongoing product research. We evaluate creator-facing software against real publishing workflows, time savings, and practical operational needs.

Founder
Onur Değerli is a Turkish independent creator, entrepreneur and consultant based in Buenos Aires, with a background in business administration, operations and digital publishing. He initiated Onur Labs in 2026 to develop practical AI-powered creator tools.
Collaboration
We welcome conversations with AI infrastructure providers, startup programs, developer communities and potential technical collaborators. Our interests include language-model APIs, developer credits, software engineering tools, analytics, and multilingual media processing.
